* The VELLO apartment and its premises are equipped with everything necessary.

* For your safety, the common areas are under video surveillance.

* Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire complex.

* The apartment is cleaned once every 5 days.

* If necessary, the frequency of cleaning can be increased for an additional cleaning fee.

* The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for the guests’ stay.

* Children under 12 years of age may use the pool only in the presence of a parent.

* Small children up to 3 years old must use swimming diapers.

* Pool towels are free of charge and may not be used outside the complex.

* Accommodation with pets is allowed upon prior arrangement.

* Pets may be walked only outside the complex premises.

* Pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED in the swimming pool.

* Within the complex, pets must be kept on a leash.

* For your convenience, the apartment includes a list of all property items, as well as their costs in case of damage or loss, which may be deducted from the deposit upon departure.

1. Children up to 4.99 years old may use a baby cot and high chair free of charge, upon request and subject to availability.

2. A deposit for the entire stay is required upon arrival.

3. We expect all guests to behave in a pleasant and respectful manner so that all other guests feel comfortable and satisfied.

4. Check-in to the apartments is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM the following day.

5. Vello Complex is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
