Check-in at Vello Complex is from 2:00 PM, and rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible every day depending on availability. The complex reserves the right to confirm late check-out availability up to 24 hours in advance.
If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so under the following conditions:
* Check-out by 3:00 PM – 50% of the nightly rate.
* Check-out after 3:00 PM – 100% of the nightly rate.
The complex has its own parking area, large enough for all visitors. No prior reservation is required.
To keep the air clean and ensure guest comfort in the apartments, in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, Vello Complex follows a no-smoking policy in all indoor areas of the complex, including guest apartments, public areas, and corridors.
Designated smoking areas are located in the outdoor part of the complex.
The complex reserves the right to fine guests 100 BGN in case of violation.
Accommodation with pets is allowed upon prior arrangement. It is necessary to specify the type and breed of the pet. For some types, an additional fee may apply.
Our kitchens are fully equipped with everything necessary, including:
oven, stovetop, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and complete cookware and dining utensils
The apartments are cleaned once every 5 days, which includes linen change and full cleaning.
More frequent full cleaning is available for an additional charge by the guest.
The apartments are equipped with everything necessary to maintain cleanliness until the fifth day.

The complex is not responsible for any valuables and money left unlocked and outside the safes, the use of which is not included in the nightly rate (5 BGN per day), both in the apartments and in the common areas.
